The 2026 SAIR Conference will be held October 24-27, 2026 in Little Rock, AR. The SAIR Board is now inviting proposals for Concurrent Sessions, Workshops, and Special Interest Groups.

To get started:

1. Create an account using the "Register” button in the top right-hand corner. 
2. Once logged in, Click on “View Programs” 
3. Click on “More” 
4. Click on “Apply”
5. Click on “Complete Proposal Submission Form”
6. Complete and submit the form

The deadline for all submissions is May 14, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
